LuminusFX Corp. is a financial services company that specialises in providing a suite of financial products. Our products include corporate and personal FX management, small loan servicing, blockchain FinTech system and platform integration. We have established licensed presences in Toronto Canada, and have operations in Hong Kong. In June of 2025 we were officially acquired by Blockchain Venture Capital Inc., a publicly traded company with 51% ownership with conditions disclosed in the news release on OSC.
